The financing supports its first conforming nine-passenger Microliner aircraft and integrated battery and propulsion tests. The Munich company is developing battery-electric aircraft for regional passenger and cargo routes.
Separately, the European Commission selected its CAROLUS manufacturing project for a €94.5 million Innovation Fund grant. The grant remains subject to an agreement expected in 2027.
