RadianX raises $5m seed round to scale perovskite solar manufacturing
SOSV and Twynam co-lead funding for light-harvesting power systems used in connected devices.
RadianX has raised $5 million in seed financing led by SOSV and Twynam. The capital will support a commercial-volume production line for its perovskite solar technology.
Its materials capture light indoors and outdoors to power electronic devices. By integrating solar generation with power electronics, the company aims to help manufacturers reduce charging and battery replacement.
Alongside the seed round, manufacturing partner Pacific Union Technology Precision Manufacturing is committing $4 million to a dedicated production line. That separate commitment supports the manufacturing capacity RadianX needs to expand.
