Terms of service
Last updated June 1, 2026. These terms describe the rules for using RoundOS.
Who these terms cover
These Terms govern access to RoundOS, a workspace-based fundraising operations product operated by Ignisha Educational Service FZCO, a UAE free zone company. If you use RoundOS for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Each workspace may include founders, employees, advisors, contractors, or other invited users. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and what those users can access.
What RoundOS does
RoundOS helps founders organize fundraising context, investor pipeline work, warm paths, follow-ups, source imports, recommendations, and draft communications.
RoundOS is not a broker-dealer, placement agent, investment adviser, law firm, accounting firm, or compliance adviser. The product does not make securities offers for you and does not guarantee financing outcomes.
Your responsibility for content and outreach
You are responsible for reviewing every recommendation, classification, CRM update, and draft before relying on it or sending it. AI and automation can be incomplete or wrong.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your fundraising, investor communications, securities offerings, privacy obligations, anti-spam rules, and third-party platform terms.
Your data and permissions
You retain ownership of decks, notes, emails, calendar context, files, investor contacts, CRM records, pipeline data, prompts, outputs, and other content you add or connect.
You grant RoundOS permission to process that content only to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service for your workspace, including by using infrastructure, payment, integration, and AI service providers.
Connected sources
If you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, LinkedIn archives, Telegram, or another source, you authorize RoundOS to access and process the connected data needed for the workflows you request.
You must have the right to upload, connect, import, or process any data you provide. You can disconnect supported integrations or request deletion/export as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use RoundOS to break the law, violate third-party rights, scrape or upload data you are not allowed to use, send deceptive messages, spam investors, interfere with the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not upload highly regulated data such as protected health information, government identifiers, payment card data, children's data, or other sensitive data unless RoundOS has expressly agreed in writing that the service is configured for that use.
Billing, trials, and cancellation
Subscriptions are workspace-scoped. Plan access, trials, add-ons, pausing, cancellation, payment methods, and invoices are handled through the billing flow shown in the product and through Stripe where applicable.
If a trial ends, a subscription is unpaid, canceled, or paused, RoundOS may limit the workspace to read-only access and billing/account actions. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.
Confidentiality and security
RoundOS treats workspace content as confidential and uses administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using appropriate workspace access controls, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.
Beta features and changes
Some features may be experimental, in preview, or incomplete. They may change, break, or be removed.
We may update these Terms as the product, law, or business changes. If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify users through the product or another appropriate channel.
Disclaimers and limits
RoundOS is provided as a software service. Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoundOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost financing opportunities, lost goodwill, or lost data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
RoundOS is operated from the UAE. We aim to comply with privacy, security, payment, and platform obligations that apply to the service and to the workflows we offer.
