Perovskite solar materials and power systems for devices and connected hardware.
Product
RadianX develops perovskite solar technology that lets products harvest energy from the light around them. It targets connected devices, sensors and other electronics where battery replacement, charging or wiring limits deployment.
The company combines light-harvesting materials with encapsulation, power management and manufacturing processes. Its product formats include rigid glass and semitransparent panels, with flexible film under development. Modules can be adapted to a device’s size and voltage requirements.
Founded by Vivian Qu and Josh Douglas, RadianX works with device makers to integrate energy generation into products. The company, formerly CPTI, is part of SOSV’s portfolio and is based in San Francisco.
