Active Intelligence Technologies raises CNY464m Angel+ round for implantable neural interfaces
Gaorong Ventures, SSCI Leading Fund and Shanghai STVC Group co-led the financing as the company develops three clinical programmes.
The financing follows a CNY330 million angel round disclosed on August 3. Together, the two rounds bring the company’s disclosed funding to approximately CNY800 million, with Dalton Venture, BGI Songhe Life Science Fund and Inno Angel Fund investing again.
Active Intelligence Technologies was established in February 2026 to commercialize research from Lingang Laboratory. Its next phase combines continued development of motor, visual and emotional brain-computer interfaces with stronger production and quality-management systems.
