Processing video where it is produced and delivered
Transtreams builds chips for operators that need to compress, analyze and distribute video. Its SL200 processor integrates video encoding, image processing, AI inference and content-adaptive encoding, putting these workloads on dedicated hardware.
From cloud accelerator cards to edge modules
The product range includes SL200 Nano and Pro accelerator cards, an AI module and an edge-computing box. The module and box provide 24 TOPS of INT8 compute and support up to 32 high-definition video streams for analysis or compression, allowing equipment makers to add video intelligence to edge systems.
The Beijing business became independent from Kuaishou’s heterogeneous-computing and chip unit in March 2024.
