TinieAI wins £75,000 grant to develop Recallify Classroom

The Innovate UK Women in Innovation award backs a school version of Recallify for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

TinieAI co-founder Sarah Rudebeck announced a £75,000 Innovate UK Women in Innovation award on 4 August 2026. The grant supports a twelve-month project to adapt the company’s Recallify cognitive support platform for pupils aged 11 to 18 with special educational needs and disabilities.

The planned Recallify Classroom product will turn pupils’ lesson materials into summaries, practice questions and reminders. The team intends to co-design it with learners and school staff, build it for school laptops and browsers, and pilot it in a Surrey secondary school.

The development programme includes an independent safeguarding and data protection review before the pilot. Recallify Classroom is intended to support learning and organisation alongside teaching; the award announcement described a product still in development.
