Nothing closes community equity round of more than $8 million
Over 5,000 investors backed the consumer technology company through its third community investment campaign.
Nothing completed its third community investment round with more than $8 million from over 5,000 investors across more than 80 countries, according to the company and a December 18, 2025 report. Early access opened on December 10, followed by public access through Crowdcube and Wefunder on December 11.
The equity campaign let supporters become shareholders in the smartphone and audio-device company. Nothing said the capital would support its next phase of product development, including AI-native operating systems and devices.
