Vensum Power raises €9 million Series A to scale power conversion technology

Lifeline Ventures, Larsen & Toubro Group and Eviny Ventures co-lead funding for converter manufacturing and expansion into AI data centres.

Vensum Power has raised €9 million in a Series A round co-led by Lifeline Ventures, Larsen & Toubro Group and Eviny Ventures. Announced on 6 November 2026, the financing brings the Finnish company’s total capital raised to €15.2 million.

The investment will support the move from technology development to industrial-scale production for electric vehicle charging and energy storage applications. Vensum Power also plans to expand into AI data centres, where improving power conversion can help operators make more use of constrained electricity supplies.

The company’s software-defined conversion technology adapts to changing electrical loads to reduce energy losses. Chief executive Peter Nisula described the funding as a step toward mass production and new applications in computing infrastructure.
