Nirva raises $8 million seed funding for AI jewellery
Lightspeed and South Park Commons back a wearable personal companion designed for everyday journaling and reflection.
Nirva raised $8 million in seed funding, with Lightspeed announcing its investment on 9 July 2026. The early financing also included South Park Commons.
The startup is developing a wearable that can be worn as a necklace or bracelet, paired with software for personal journaling and reflection. Its design combines consumer electronics with jewellery, aiming to make the device comfortable and appealing enough for daily use.
Lightspeed’s investment rationale centred on the relationship between regular use and useful personal context. Nirva’s founders combine experience in wearable hardware, consumer software and jewellery design.
