Circuit Mind has disclosed a previously unannounced seed round led by Third Prime. The company identified it in its October 28 funding announcement alongside a separate $18.5 million Series A led by Norwest.
Together, the two rounds account for $25 million, although the company did not state an individual seed amount in the announcement. The seed forms part of Circuit Mind’s financing history as it develops AI software for electronic circuit design and verification.
