India · Logistics · AI
Dispatch Network provides delivery capacity and AI-based order orchestration for food, quick-commerce and other local businesses.
What the company does
Businesses connect their ordering systems to Dispatch’s delivery network, which assigns orders, routes riders and manages fulfilment. Its services cover groceries, restaurant meals and medicines, allowing merchants to add delivery capacity as demand changes.
The Pune company combines delivery operations with software that decides how to sequence work across platforms and where riders should wait for the next order. Rajit Arya and Navneeth Kannan founded the business, which operates through Artem Network Private Limited.
