Ares Intelligence raises €2.6m for employee-led AI adoption planning

Creandum and Lakestar back the London startup as it expands an AI interviewer that turns employee knowledge into practical automation priorities.

Ares Intelligence has secured €2.6 million from Creandum and Lakestar, with additional backing from angels connected to Google DeepMind. The London company plans to expand operations and bring its AI adoption platform to more businesses.

The platform starts with the people doing the work. Its voice interviewer gathers information about tasks and processes across an organisation, then produces a ranked plan for applying AI. That gives leadership a way to choose projects based on operational evidence.

Ares says it has signed enterprise customers across Europe and the United States. At Tremonia, a Mercedes-Benz spin-out, it identified more than 400 hours of avoidable manual work per month within four weeks, according to the company’s announcement.
