Candi Solar completes Series A led by Energy Access Ventures

The December 2019 equity financing supported the development of Candi’s business solar platform.

Candi Solar completed a Series A financing led by FPCI Energy Access Ventures in December 2019. The company develops and operates solar installations for commercial and industrial customers in emerging markets.

The related capital increase was approved on December 17 and publicly recorded in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on December 27. It included conversion of existing claims into shares. The total financing amount was not disclosed.
