Arkon Energy completes $26m financing for North American expansion
Sandton Capital Partners and existing lender JGB Management provide capital for data-centre acquisitions.
The senior debt financing supports Arkon’s purchase of data-centre assets and expansion of services for institutional customers. The company was pursuing acquisition opportunities in North America as it extended its footprint beyond Australia and Norway.
Barkers Point Capital Advisors arranged the financing as exclusive financial adviser. Cohen & Company Capital Markets advised Arkon on acquisitions of North American assets.
