Skeleton Technologies announces €33 million first close ahead of planned IPO
Axon Partners Group, SmartCap and Taiwania Capital join the energy-storage company’s investor base.
Skeleton Technologies announced a €33 million first close of a larger pre-IPO funding round on May 7, 2026. The company named Axon Partners Group, SmartCap and Taiwania Capital as new investors.
The financing supports high-power energy-storage systems for AI data centres and electricity grids. Skeleton was also preparing to expand manufacturing into the United States alongside its production operations in Germany and Finland.
Skeleton said the close brought its cumulative venture funding to €392 million. It planned to announce additional investors as the larger round progressed, ahead of a proposed US public listing in 2027.
