Fractile raises about £540m Series C, filings report shows
The British AI hardware company’s new financing follows its $220m Series B earlier in 2026.
Fractile has raised approximately £540 million in Series C financing, Sifted reported on October 29, citing company filings. Companies House records show the issuance of new Series C preferred shares across September and October.
The British company develops chips and computing systems for running large AI models. Its work focuses on increasing inference speed while handling the memory and capacity demands of models with long contexts.
The Series C follows Fractile’s $220 million Series B earlier in 2026. The new financing is a separate round.
