AirMembrane develops graphene materials and devices for semiconductor manufacturers and research laboratories. The Japanese company grew out of AIST research and uses continuous synthesis and automated transfer to produce large-area graphene films.
Its products include graphene sheets, transistor devices and transmission electron microscopy grids. It is developing graphene pellicles that protect lithography photomasks from contamination while transmitting extreme ultraviolet light.
