RevComm discloses Startup Debt Fund II refinancing
The MiiTel developer included the fund’s loan in its July financing and was named again in the lender’s November update.
The financing
RevComm has secured debt financing from Startup Debt Fund II, the vehicle managed by SDF Capital. The company first named the fund as a lender in its July 22 financing announcement. SDF Capital’s November 2 update identifies RevComm as a recipient of refinancing following earlier support from its first fund.
RevComm develops MiiTel, a voice AI platform that analyses telephone calls, web meetings and face-to-face business conversations. Its products turn those interactions into data that companies can use across sales and contact centre workflows.
The company is expanding from conversation analysis into AI agents and services built on that data. The SDF facility forms part of its broader funding mix; the amount supplied by this individual lender was not disclosed.
