Family offices and strategic angels back product development and enterprise expansion.
NYAI has raised USD1.5 million in a Seed round from Indian family offices and strategic angel investors, Entrackr reported on August 4. The announcement did not name individual investors or a lead.
The company plans to develop its technology and compliance offering and expand its work with enterprises, listed companies and law firms. That includes the deployment and assurance capabilities needed to introduce legal AI into institutional workflows.
NYAI's products support Indian legal research, contract analysis and document drafting. Its product approach combines legal source material with citation tools, review workflows and access to a customer's own documents.
