Roleo raises €2.9 million to expand its AI career agent across Europe
Practica Capital led the financing, with participation from Inventure.
Roleo has raised €2.9 million in a round led by Practica Capital, with Inventure participating. The Estonian company will use the investment to expand across Europe and develop its personal AI career agent.
Founded in 2025 by Janer Gorohhov and Vahur Hansen, Roleo learns a technology professional’s experience, ambitions and preferences, then finds relevant opportunities and connects them with employers. Candidates use the service for free and control whether they pursue an introduction.
The new round brings Roleo’s total funding to €3.46 million.
