Techstars backs Mosqitter through its San Diego accelerator
The Ukrainian-founded mosquito-control company joins Techstars’ investment portfolio through the programme powered by San Diego State University.
Techstars announced investment in Mosqitter in its December 2023 portfolio update, published on January 2, 2024. Mosqitter took part in the Techstars San Diego accelerator powered by San Diego State University. The company’s individual investment amount was not disclosed.
Mosqitter develops outdoor mosquito traps that imitate the signals mosquitoes use to find people. Its devices serve homes, hotels and other outdoor venues. The three-month accelerator combines funding with mentorship, business development and access to the Techstars investor network.
