Founded in 2023 by Philipp Kerth and Marc Ewenz, Hypersonica operates engineering teams at its Munich headquarters and a wholly owned London subsidiary.
The company is developing high-speed strike systems using specialised materials, control architectures and avionics. Its HS-1 prototype has completed tests above Mach 6, and it targets a fully developed deep-strike system by 2029.
