meinhaus.digital announces €500,000 investment from Maschmeyer and Ensthaler
The renovation-planning company will use the backing and investor networks to grow its customer base, expand the team and develop industry partnerships.
Two investors join the renovation platform
meinhaus.digital has announced a €500,000 investment from Carsten Maschmeyer and Janna Ensthaler. Co-founder Leonie Dowling confirmed their backing on 27 October following the company’s appearance on Die Höhle der Löwen.
The company plans to expand its customer base, build the team to around 30 people and deepen partnerships across the renovation market, including its existing relationship with OBI.
Planning the cost of changing a home
The business combines software with architects and energy advisers to help owners understand renovation options and costs before work begins. Its service extends from an initial budget to design concepts, financing documents and permit applications. The investors’ networks are intended to support distribution as the company expands.
