Dream helps developers and architecture, engineering and construction teams turn a site and building requirements into buildable designs. Its built world models generate layouts, structural elements and building systems together, accounting for physical constraints and construction codes.
The models learn from more than 100 million square feet of permitted building data. Teams can explore design options, estimate costs and produce coordinated drawings covering structure, plumbing and HVAC. The company also serves as architect of record on projects in California and Texas.
Founded by former Palantir executives Andy Elder and Arjun Mathur, Dream initially focuses on commercial buildings, including stores, offices and data centers. Its platform was being used on ten active California and Texas projects when it emerged from stealth in October 2026.
