Lette raises $6.5m seed to expand residential operations software
Peak leads backing for a platform serving property operators in the UK and Ireland.
Lette announced a $6.5 million seed round on October 26, led by Peak. Pitchdrive, Heliad, Foreword VC, Adeline and angels including Intercom co-founder Des Traynor also participated.
The company says it supports more than 30,000 homes and automatically handles over 60% of resident support and maintenance requests. It has opened a London office and grown its team sixfold in a year, as its customer base has expanded to include JLL and institutional residential operators.
