The funds sit behind 6P Condo’s financing platform for residential and commercial condominiums. By purchasing condominium receivables, the platform turns recurring fees and unpaid balances into capital that property managers can use for maintenance, renovations and predictable cash flow.
6P combines financing with collection and legal workflows. Its third receivables fund raised R$350 million in October 2026 through a partnership with fund manager Chimera Capital.
