Its team handles tenant support, letting, maintenance and property accounting. Clients receive access to the same platform the operating team uses, bringing financial records, documents and ongoing cases into one view.
Owners can follow occupancy, budgets, arrears and maintenance work alongside the underlying records. The Copenhagen company was founded by Christian Pind Schmidt and Frederik Buchardt, who previously worked in property investment at Thylander.
