Ghanem adds $1.5m to pre-seed round for fractional property ownership
The Saudi proptech company will use the extension to develop its platform, broaden property opportunities and build partnerships.
Saudi proptech company Ghanem has raised a $1.5 million pre-seed extension from real estate companies and strategic angel investors, according to an announcement published on 24 October 2026. The additional capital brings the round’s total to $8.6 million, including its earlier $7.1 million financing.
Ghanem provides fractional ownership of income-generating properties in Saudi Arabia. The platform has issued digital ownership deeds to 580 participants in its first income-generating investment opportunity and activated an integration with the Real Estate Registry.
The company plans to use the new funding for product development, a wider range of property investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
