K2Lab raises Angel+ funding from Kaitai Capital for creator commerce AI
K2Lab plans to expand overseas and develop the models, engineering and merchant ecosystem behind its Moras AI commerce agent.
K2Lab has raised an Angel+ round from Kaitai Capital to develop Moras, its AI commerce agent for online creators. The financing was announced on 26 October 2026 and described as tens of millions of renminbi.
Building an agent around creator income
Moras helps TikTok Shop sellers and affiliates research products, create sales videos, prepare posts and analyse results. K2Lab is using that workflow as an entry point into the recurring work of running a creator commerce business.
The company plans to use the new capital for overseas expansion, model and algorithm development, engineering, merchant agents and a merchant alliance ecosystem.
A sequence of early financings
The Kaitai investment follows two earlier financings led separately by Yunshi Capital and Huakong Fund. K2Lab described three financings within six months; Kaitai’s Angel+ round is the latest in that sequence.
A precise amount for the current round was not disclosed.
