Bedrock Robotics raises $600 million Series C for autonomous construction

CapitalG and Emergence Capital co-led the round as the company expands commercial excavator deployments across the US.

Bedrock Robotics announced a $600 million Series C on October 26, 2026, at a $4.1 billion post-money valuation. New investors include US Innovative Technology Fund, Bessemer Venture Partners and Temasek.

The San Francisco company retrofits existing construction equipment with autonomous systems. Its excavators began performing paid work on live commercial sites in August, moving the business beyond pilots.

The funding will support wider deployment and the field operations, commercial teams and customer infrastructure needed to serve contractors. Haydon is among the new customers adopting the technology for earthmoving work.
