Nous raises $17m for AI household administration
Heartcore Capital and Mosaic Ventures backed the UK company as it expands its household agent into new spending categories and markets.
Nous has raised $17 million to expand its AI household agent internationally and add services. Heartcore Capital and existing seed investor Mosaic Ventures provided the investment, with participation from Chalfen Ventures, Joyance Partners and Future Back Ventures by Bain & Company.
Founded by onefinestay entrepreneur Greg Marsh, Nous helps households handle recurring expenses and administration. Its agent can identify cheaper deals, switch providers, cancel subscriptions and complete forms with user authorisation. It combines language models with rules for specific actions, including financial decisions.
The new capital will support additional household spending categories, including insurance and financial services, alongside more capabilities for everyday tasks. Nous also plans to expand internationally, taking its model of carrying out authorised household tasks into new markets.
