FUNNOW Group secures $1.5 million Pre-Series A
The 2017 financing backed the booking platform’s expansion beyond Taiwan.
FUNNOW Group received a $1.5 million Pre-Series A investment from CDIB Capital Innovation Accelerator Fund, according to an original founder interview published on June 29, 2017.
The Taiwan-based company was expanding its instant-booking service into Hong Kong and preparing to enter Okinawa and Bangkok. The platform lets users reserve restaurants, accommodation and leisure experiences at short notice.
CDIB describes FUNNOW as one of the first companies backed by its Innovation Accelerator Fund after the fund was established in 2017.
