A hotel booking platform that monitors eligible reservations and refunds subsequent price drops.
Service after the booking
Onto helps travellers find hotels and continues checking eligible reservations after they book. If the same room at the same hotel becomes available for the same dates at a lower price, its Price Drop Refund service arranges the saving and returns the difference to the original payment method.
The platform also supports eligible bookings made elsewhere when a traveller provides the confirmation. Customers receive updates through app notifications and WhatsApp, while the underlying stay remains the same.
Building a travel platform
Founded in June 2026 by Jagdeep Singh and Shubham Goyal, Onto is based in Bengaluru and operated by ONTOTHREECOMMA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. It connects to hotel suppliers for domestic and international bookings. Hotels pay the business a commission on reservations.
The team plans to develop additional travel products and AI-assisted recommendations. Its initial service focuses on the work that continues after a traveller has chosen and paid for a hotel.
