Easol raises $30m in equity and debt for experience commerce
A $20m equity extension and $10m Viola Credit facility accompany the launch of AI agents for festivals, venues and other experience operators.
Easol announced a $30 million Series A extension comprising $20 million in equity and a $10 million debt facility from Viola Credit. Equity participants include Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Foundation Capital, FMZ Ventures, Notion Capital and Eight Roads.
The company has launched Teammates, AI agents that operate within its commerce platform. By using the same booking, payment and guest records as the operator’s team, the agents can help identify sales opportunities and handle customer support.
Easol says the financing enabled development of Teammates. Its customers include festivals and entertainment businesses such as Coachella and Swingers. The package brings the company’s total funding to $60 million.
