Cicely gains BGV backing for continuous accessibility feedback
Cicely helps organisations collect and interpret feedback on how people experience buildings and public spaces, supporting more accessible and inclusive places.
Cicely joined Bethnal Green Ventures' Spring 2026 investment portfolio, announced on April 21. The backing comes through BGV's Tech for Good programme, which combines early equity investment with support for founders.
Making spaces easier to use
Cicely collects feedback from people as they use buildings and public spaces. It organises responses by location, time and user group so institutions can identify barriers and assess whether changes improve access.
