MI Company brings in five strategic investors
The parent of Mediagene and Infobahn is adding media, communications and consumer-business partners.
The investment
MI Company, the holding company for Mediagene and Infobahn, has received equity participation from Capital Digital, Jiji Press, News2u Holdings, Felissimo and U.S.I. The companies announced the strategic partnership on November 2; investment amounts were not disclosed.
The two operating businesses bring complementary capabilities: Mediagene runs audience-focused digital media, while Infobahn develops corporate communication and content marketing services. The new shareholders are expected to contribute expertise and opportunities for collaboration across those activities.
Capital Digital already had a commercial relationship with Mediagene through a 2025 PICTOLINE content licensing agreement. Its investment adds an ownership relationship to that collaboration. The group says its existing services and main business activities will continue under the new structure.
