Auriga Cyber Ventures II reaches €80m interim close
The European cybersecurity fund is targeting €100m, with a €120m hard cap.
Auriga Partners has secured €80 million for its second dedicated cybersecurity fund. Backers include the French National Seed Fund No. 3, managed by Bpifrance, and the European Investment Fund through InvestEU support.
The interim close builds on a €55 million first cybersecurity vehicle launched in 2021. Auriga Cyber Ventures II has already invested in Finovox, Fleuret, Mankind’s and Nextident, spanning document fraud, penetration testing, AI auditing and agent security.
Auriga combines capital with a network of cybersecurity entrepreneurs to help portfolio companies reach customers and expand internationally. The new vehicle continues to fundraise toward its €100 million target.
