Cygrid emerges from stealth with €2.66m for identity enforcement
Atlantic leads the Berlin startup's pre-seed financing as it expands controls for enterprise AI agents.
Atlantic led the round, with D11Z and angels Andreas Bermig, Boris Gorin and Vlad Tropko also participating. Cygrid will use the financing to expand enforcement capabilities, hire and build its European commercial operations.
The startup addresses the gap between granting access and controlling what happens afterward. Its software checks actions by employees, applications and AI agents against their permissions, then can revoke access or block a risky command before it executes.
Founded by Dmitry Kharchenko and Dekel Paz, Cygrid says its platform was already running in production before the launch, including at Barfer's and Horizn Studios. The company is building for security teams managing AI agents alongside existing enterprise software and employee accounts.
