Blackwall raises $100m Series C to expand web traffic security
AVP led the round at a $2.2bn valuation, joined by Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures and Tera Ventures.
Blackwall announced a $100 million Series C on October 20, 2026, led by AVP with participation from returning investors Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures and Tera Ventures. The financing values the Estonia-based company at $2.2 billion.
The new round follows Blackwall’s 2025 financing and supports expansion across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. The company plans to extend its tools for hosting, cloud and managed service providers as automated traffic becomes a larger part of the web.
Blackwall’s executives see a further opportunity in managing access for AI agents acting on behalf of users. The company aims to give hosting providers a role in controlling and monetising that traffic, alongside protecting their customers from malicious requests.
