AmpCycle receives ₹30 lakh FICCI–Mercedes-Benz grant
The Pune battery recycling company was among the cash-award recipients at the February 13, 2026 challenge finale.
AmpCycle received a ₹30 lakh cash grant through the FICCI–Mercedes-Benz India Bharat Innovation & Business Ideas Challenge on February 13, 2026. The battery recycling business was named among the winners by both FICCI and the programme’s sponsor.
The Pune company develops electro-extraction technology to recover lithium, cobalt and nickel from used lithium-ion batteries. It works with manufacturers and waste management companies handling batteries from electric vehicles, electronics and industrial equipment.
