Tohoku Alliance Construction approves share issue to two new members
Masubuchigumi and Saitogumi will join the regional construction alliance as it expands cooperation across prefectures.
Tohoku Alliance Construction approved a third-party share issue to Masubuchigumi and Saitogumi at its October 27 shareholders’ meeting. The two Tochigi-based construction companies will become members of the alliance; the issue amount was not disclosed.
The group plans to prioritise disaster-response agreements with the new members and broaden cooperation in training, technical knowledge and joint projects. Established in 2025, the alliance brings regional builders together while each member continues to operate independently.
