Silence Speaks secured £60,000 from Bethnal Green Ventures through its Autumn 2025 Tech for Good programme. The investor announced the company’s addition to its portfolio on September 8, 2025. The programme provides the investment in return for a 7% equity stake, alongside six weeks of founder support and mentorship.

Silence Speaks is developing an AI-powered text-to-sign language platform for real-time interactions. It aims to help people access education, healthcare and public services where professional sign language interpretation is scarce.
