Rezolv raises $3.5 million seed round led by 3one4 Capital

Kissht cofounders build a new debt-resolution business for banks and non-bank lenders.

Rezolv secured $3.5 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital, founders Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal told Moneycontrol in a report published on March 4, 2025.

The platform went live with its first two non-bank financial company clients in January. Mehta and Jindal had left their operating roles at Kissht to build the new venture, carrying experience from digital lending into software for debt recovery.
