Personio announces $200 million Series E extension
Greenoaks leads the second closing announced in June 2022.
Personio announced a $200 million second closing of its Series E on June 22, 2022, led by existing investor Greenoaks. The announced extension brought total Series E financing to $470 million and valued the company at $8.5 billion.
The company planned to use the funding to develop People Workflow Automation and expand its HR software offering for small and medium-sized employers. The platform connects employee information with processes such as hiring, time tracking and payroll preparation.
