Personio raises $270 million Series E
Greenoaks leads the October 2021 financing as Personio launches People Workflow Automation.
Personio announced a $270 million Series E on October 12, 2021, led by Greenoaks at a $6.3 billion valuation. Altimeter Capital and Alkeon joined existing investors Index Ventures, Accel, Meritech, Lightspeed, Northzone and Global Founders Capital.
The financing supported People Workflow Automation, which connects employee processes across business applications. Personio aims to help small and medium-sized employers coordinate tasks such as onboarding, team changes and offboarding across HR and other departments.
