OneStack raised $2m Series A for digital banking in March 2025
Pentathlon Ventures led the financing with Yatra Angel Network, 100Unicorns and Venture Catalysts.
OneStack announced a $2 million Series A on 27 March 2025, led by Pentathlon Ventures with participation from Yatra Angel Network and existing investors 100Unicorns and Venture Catalysts. An additional $1 million was described as future financing and is separate from the amount already raised.
Founded by Amit Kapoor and Vishal Gupta, the company provides technology for regional and rural financial institutions, including core banking, mobile banking, UPI switching and Bharat BillPay services.
OneStack planned to use the proceeds to develop scalable technology for financial inclusion and digital banking in underserved markets. Its model allows partner banks to offer services under their own brands and reduce dependence on external platforms.
The March 2025 round is an earlier financing than OneStack’s ₹12.5 crore investment announced in November 2026.
