The Muscat company operates under Oman’s Financial Services Authority crowdfunding framework. Founded in 2019 by Saleh Al Tamami, Mohammed Al Tamami and Ahmed Al-Issaei, it also has entities in Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong to support cross-border trade.
Its AI-based origination and underwriting assess the business, buyer and underlying trade. The company is expanding along the Greater Bay Area–Oman–UAE corridor, where settlement spans different banking and regulatory systems.
