Crediflow AI raises £1.5m to automate commercial credit analysis

NPIF II – PXN Equity Finance leads the round, with Haatch and angels backing product development and lender expansion.

Crediflow AI has raised £1.5 million in funding led by NPIF II – PXN Equity Finance, managed by PXN Ventures. Haatch and a group of angel investors also participated.

The Manchester company builds software that collects and analyses the documents behind commercial lending decisions. Its FlowSpread product extracts and structures financial statements, while bank-statement analysis helps credit teams review cash flows and spot potential risks. The resulting analysis is prepared for a lender’s approval process.

Founder Drey Kenfack previously worked in commercial lending and private credit. Crediflow says hundreds of credit professionals across the UK, Europe and the United States use its platform, including at AddWorking Capital and Iveco Capital.

The funding will support engineering and product hiring, platform development and onboarding more banks and specialist lenders. Crediflow also plans to extend automation from origination through ongoing loan monitoring.
