Nscale closes $900m revolving credit facility
A twelve-institution syndicate provides flexible liquidity for the AI infrastructure company’s international buildout.
The revolver gives Nscale funding flexibility as it develops data centres and deploys capital across the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific. It provides access to a revolving pool of credit to support an expanding infrastructure programme.
The syndicate comprises J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, RBC Capital Markets, Bank of America, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Mizuho, SMBC, TD Securities and KeyBank. Nscale announced the facility as closed on July 7. The $900 million figure represents credit capacity; the company did not disclose how much had been drawn.
